Fiona Gillen

Background & Expertise

Fiona is a partner in Newell Gillen & Cunningham having qualified in 1987 and having become a partner in Newell Quinn Gillen in 1992. Fiona practices in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation, Conveyancing, Family Law and Probate.

In Personal Injury, she is a highly effective litigator in the Circuit and High Court particularly in high value cases.

In Conveyancing, she advises clients on sales, purchases, mortgages and leases of both residential and commercial property.

In Family Law, she has extensive experience advising clients in relation to Separation Agreements, Judicial Separation and Divorce and has a client centred and constructive practical approach towards reaching a resolution through agreement between the parties where possible and ensures if such a resolution is not possible that clients get the best possible representation in Court.

In Probate, she drafts wills and advises on estate planning and deals with probate matters in a personable and efficient manner so as to minimise stress to families in challenging times.
